My name is Juli Rose, a licensed cosmetologist with a passion for beauty, aesthetics, and hair extensions. For years, I have been helping women feel more confident in their skin, without ever really feeling 100% comfortable in mine. Since childhood, I’ve struggled with very fine hair.
